Focused on the die casting manufacturing of aluminum parts in high pressure processes, the Company serves large customers in the automotive industry, in- cluding automakers and system manufacturers. Currently, products such as cylinder head cover, oil sumps, timing cover, control shaft support, water and oil pump housings, various engine components, various supports, various flanges for powertrain, electrical, suspension and other applications, are part of itsportfolio, aswell housings for electrical, hy- draulic and mechanical steering, bearing ring, bear- ingplate and transmission cover, amongother items. Located in Tatuí, São Paulo state, the com- pany has more than 450 employees. The unit also has the IATF 16949 and VDA (VW) certi- fications, being able to serve the market with excellence in quality, delivery, and service. Some Neo Parts features are its own internal tool shop, equipped for the maintenance of molds, tools, as well as for the manufacture and mainte- nance of machining and quality control devices. For the validation of the products, the structure of this important business unit also includes complete labo- ratories: metallurgical, dimensional, and mechanical. Neo Parts has an industrial site aligned with the most modern technologies on the mar- ket for the manufacture of die casting alumi- num parts in the high-pressure process (HP- DC) and machined, with casting capacity of more than 1,200 metric tons per month. The products can be manufactured in alloys SAE 306 and 305, meeting the customers’ technical specifications.
